1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sexting AI platform (available at sexting-ai.com and associated mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sexting AI. This is a strict requirement and a fundamental condition of access.

You agree to provide accurate information during the age verification process
If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be permanently terminated immediately

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors do not access this platform. We implement multiple age verification measures but cannot guarantee complete prevention of underage access without parental controls.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You may not share your account with any other person
You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Sexting AI is a platform for consenting adults engaging in AI-assisted intimate conversation. The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Any content involving minors — including roleplay that implies characters are under 18, regardless of fictional framing. This is an absolute prohibition with zero exceptions.
Non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly or designed to normalize sexual violence
Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users or our staff
Attempting to extract personal information from AI characters as if they were real people
Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automated access to our platform
Using the platform for any illegal purpose under applicable local, national, or international law
Attempting to circumvent content safety measures through prompt injection or jailbreaking

Violations may result in immediate permanent account termination without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5. Nature of AI Content

All AI characters and content on Sexting AI are entirely fictional. Our AI companions are software programs — not real people. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI characters have no consciousness, emotions, or genuine feelings
Any responses that appear emotional or personal are generated text, not genuine sentiment
You will not form unhealthy dependencies on AI companions as substitutes for real human relationships requiring professional support
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel at any time from your Account Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who are dissatisfied
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, AI models, and pre-built AI character content is owned by or licensed to SextingAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Content you generate through your interactions with AI is owned by you. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEXTINGAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings.
